What is Mixmi?

Mixmi is a Filipino print-on-demand marketplace where you compose products from multiple artists' work. Pick a t-shirt, hoodie, or tote bag, add 1 to 10 artworks across front and back zones, then check out with PayMongo or cash on delivery. Every piece is made and shipped in the Philippines.

Do I need an account to buy?

No. Guest checkout is supported. Creating an account saves your shipping address and gives you a personal collection of the compositions you've bought, but it's not required to place an order.

How are Mixmi products different from other print-on-demand shops?

On Mixmi, you compose your own product by combining artworks from one or more Filipino artists onto a single piece. Most print-on-demand sites sell each design as a separate finished product. On Mixmi, the composition itself is the thing you buy, and every artist whose work is on your piece earns from your purchase.

Can I really mix art from multiple artists on one shirt?

Yes, that's the whole point of Mixmi. You can place up to 10 unique artworks across the front and back zones of a single product. Pricing adjusts through Mix & Save so you're not paying full price for every artwork.

What payment methods are accepted at checkout?

Pay online with PayMongo, or choose Cash on Delivery (COD) and pay the courier (J&T Express or GoGo Xpress) in cash when your order arrives. All amounts are in Philippine pesos.

How do I become a vendor on Mixmi?

Apply through our artist application form (linked from the homepage and the Why Mixmi page). We review applications and approve creators on a rolling basis during our beta. Once approved, you can upload artwork and start selling.

Are there any upfront costs to sell on Mixmi?

No. Zero upfront cost, ever. You only pay the platform fee when your art sells (20% for sales from your artist profile, 25% for sales from our Discover page). Production, shipping, and payment processing are separate and never come out of your earnings.

What kinds of artwork can I upload?

Original work, or work you have full rights to license. Files must be PNG (300 DPI, minimum 1000×1000 pixels, maximum A3) or SVG (vector). Transparency is supported. See our Artwork Guide for full specs and examples.

What artwork is NOT accepted?

Artwork you don't own the rights to, traced or copied work, NSFW content, hate symbols, or content that violates our IP & Copyright Policy. Artwork is auto-approved on upload, but compositions flagged by community reports (3 or more) are reviewed by admins.

Can I use AI-generated art on Mixmi?

No. AI-generated artwork is not allowed on Mixmi, we're a marketplace for original, human-made artwork. You can still use AI as a tool in your workflow though: background removers, upscalers, and similar utilities are fine, as long as the final artwork is created by you and you hold full rights to it.

Do I keep the copyright to my artwork?

Yes. You retain 100% of the copyright to your work. Mixmi only gets a non-exclusive license to print, display, and promote your artwork on our platform. You can remove your art at any time (subject to fulfillment of any pending orders).

Pricing & earnings

How your earnings are calculated and what the platform fee covers.

How are my earnings calculated when my art sells?

You set your artwork's price (minimum ₱100). When it sells, the platform fee comes out of the art pool, 20% for sales from your artist profile or direct shop link, 25% for sales from our Discover page. The rest is your earnings. If your art is part of a multi-artwork composition, Mix & Save adjusts the pool so each artist earns their proportional share.

What's the difference between the 20% and 25% platform fee?

The 20% rate applies when a sale originates from your artist profile or your direct shop link. The 25% rate applies when the sale originates from our Discover page or homepage. The lower rate rewards artists who drive their own traffic; the higher rate covers our marketing of the broader marketplace.

How does Mix & Save pricing work?

When buyers combine multiple artworks on one product, the art pool adjusts so they don't pay multiple full art prices, but every artwork is protected by a 50% floor of its set price. Your highest-priced artworks earn closest to full price; smaller artworks earn at their 50% floor as the trade-off for wider exposure.

What's the minimum price I can set for my artwork?

₱100. The floor (the minimum your artwork earns per sale, before the platform fee) is 50% of your set price, so the absolute minimum earnings per sale is ₱50 (before platform fee) when you price at the floor.

Payouts

How to withdraw your earnings, supported methods, and timing.

How do I get paid as a Mixmi vendor?

Your earnings accrue in your Mixmi wallet as orders are fulfilled. You request a withdrawal anytime, and Mixmi disburses to your Philippine bank account, GCash, or Maya. Mixmi is the Merchant of Record, we collect the full payment from buyers and pay each vendor's share from our wallet.

Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?

No fixed minimum. For manual withdrawal requests, you can request any amount your available balance covers (plus the withdrawal fee). For automatic payouts, we disburse on schedule as long as your balance covers the withdrawal fee.

What payout methods are supported?

Philippine bank transfer, GCash, or Maya. You'll need to verify your payout method (we send a small test transfer) before your first withdrawal. We also require your TIN for tax reporting compliance.

How long do withdrawals take to arrive?

E-wallet withdrawals (GCash and Maya) typically arrive within 1 business day. Bank transfers usually take 1 to 2 business days. We process payouts via PayMongo's Money Movement rail.

Is there a withdrawal fee?

Yes, a flat ₱10 fee per withdrawal covers the disbursement cost. The fee is deducted from your withdrawal amount, not from your remaining wallet balance.

Why do you need my TIN?

Philippine tax regulations require us to collect Tax Identification Numbers from sellers earning income through our platform. Your TIN is required before your first withdrawal.

Shipping & delivery

Where we ship, how long it takes, and what it costs.

Where does Mixmi ship?

Nationwide across the Philippines. Orders ship via J&T Express or GoGo Xpress, depending on availability in your area. International shipping is on our roadmap for after we launch our global product catalog.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Production takes 5 to 7 business days, every piece is printed to order, nothing is pre-stocked. Delivery via J&T Express or GoGo Xpress typically takes 2 to 3 business days for Metro Manila and 4 to 7 business days for provincial areas. End-to-end, expect roughly 1 to 2 weeks from order to delivery.

How much is shipping?

We use fixed shipping rates based on your delivery region, shown at checkout before you pay, no surprise courier fees. Metro Manila orders typically range ₱70 to ₱150; provincial orders range ₱100 to ₱250. Your actual courier (J&T Express or GoGo Xpress) is assigned by our fulfillment partner based on coverage in your area.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes. You can choose COD at checkout and pay the courier in cash when your order is delivered. COD is supported through both J&T Express and GoGo Xpress nationwide, wherever the courier offers the service. A small COD handling fee may apply and is shown at checkout.

What happens if I refuse a Cash on Delivery package?

Refused COD deliveries are returned to our fulfillment partner. Because every Mixmi product is printed to order specifically for you, repeated refused COD deliveries from the same address may result in COD being disabled for that account, prepaid payment via PayMongo remains available.

Orders & returns

Cancellations, fulfillment issues, and tracking.

Can I cancel my order after checkout?

Yes, if your order hasn't been submitted to production yet (usually within the first hour or two after checkout). Once your order is at the printer, it can't be cancelled, every piece is custom-made for you.

What if my order arrives damaged or with the wrong item?

We replace or refund orders with fulfillment errors (wrong size, misprint, damaged shipment). Contact us with photos within 7 days of receipt and we'll make it right. Vendor earnings on your order are NOT clawed back, if Mixmi made the mistake, that's on us.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number from your courier (J&T Express or GoGo Xpress) by email, and tracking is also visible in your account's order history page. Tracking updates throughout transit, from pickup to delivery.

IP & copyright

Licensing, takedowns, and reporting infringement.

What if someone uploads my artwork without my permission?

Report it through our Copyright Report page. We investigate every claim and remove infringing artwork. Repeat offenders are banned. We follow standard DMCA-style takedown procedures detailed in our IP & Copyright Policy.

How do I report inappropriate or stolen artwork I see on Mixmi?

Every artwork page has a Report button. Reports are reviewed by our team, and artwork that receives 3 or more community reports is automatically flagged for admin review.

Does Mixmi own my artwork once I upload it?

No. You keep 100% of the copyright. Mixmi receives a non-exclusive license to print, display, and promote your artwork on our platform. You can remove your work at any time (subject to fulfillment of any in-progress orders).

Account & data

Privacy, data retention, and account deletion.

How is my personal data protected?

We follow GDPR-aligned data practices. Personal data is stored securely on Supabase, and payment data is handled by PayMongo, we never see or store your card details. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.

How do I delete my account?

Request account deletion from your account settings. We hard-delete your profile, artworks, and compositions within 30 days. Order financial records are retained for 7 years for Philippine tax compliance, this retention is required by law and cannot be waived.
