Report Infringement

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed by content on Mixmi, you can report it here.

How to Report

Send an email to legal@mixmi.co with the subject line “IP Complaint”.

What to Include

To help us investigate quickly, please include the following in your email:

  • Your full legal name, contact email, and your relationship to the work (owner or authorized representative)
  • A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
  • The URL or link to the content on Mixmi that you believe is infringing
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use of the material is not authorized by the rights holder, their agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the IP owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

What Happens Next

We will acknowledge your report within 24 hours and investigate within 72 hours. If the report is valid, the infringing content will be removed and the vendor will be notified.
